Terms & Conditions

Welcome to C-suite Asia (accessible at https://csuite.asia). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the website, services, news feeds, and email newsletters provided by C-suite Asia (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using C-suite Asia, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access or use the platform.

1. Description of Service

C-suite Asia is a news and content aggregation platform designed for business executives and professionals across the Asian region and globally.

Our platform uses automated systems, algorithms, and RSS (Really Simple Syndication) feeds to collect, index, curate, and link to headlines, summaries, and third-party content from external news outlets, publications, and blogs. C-suite Asia serves primarily as a discovery index and directory; we do not publish or host full third-party articles on our domain.

2. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Content

A. Third-Party Content Ownership

All external news articles, headlines, images, trade names, logos, and trademarks linked on C-suite Asia belong to their respective original publishers, authors, and rights holders. C-suite Asia claims no ownership or exclusive license over any third-party content indexed on our platform.

B. Fair Use & Curation

C-suite Asia indexes and displays public headlines, brief excerpts, and direct outbound links under fair use and standard search/indexing guidelines. We do not re-publish full-text articles, bypass paywalls, or alter the original editorial meaning of source material.

C. Platform Intellectual Property

The C-suite Asia brand, site design, code, graphics, logos, compiled feed structure, and original editorial commentary are the property of C-suite Asia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or modify our site framework or branding without prior written consent.

3. Copyright & DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) Take-Down Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of publishers, journalists, and original content creators.

If you are a copyright owner, publisher, or authorised legal representative and believe your content is being indexed or displayed on C-suite Asia in a manner that infringes your rights under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or local copyright legislation, or if you wish to opt out of our aggregator index:

  1. Notification: Submit a formal take-down notice to us here.
  2. Required Information: Include the source(s) or URL(s) on C-suite Asia where the material appears, the exact link to the original work, proof of ownership or legal authority, and your contact details.
  3. Action: Upon receipt and verification of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the specified feed, source or link promptly.

  • Unlawful use: Use our platform for any illegal purpose or to transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harassing material.

5. Third-Party Links & Disclaimers

C-suite Asia relies heavily on outbound links to third-party news outlets, blogs, and external websites.

  • No Control: We have no control over the content, uptime, editorial accuracy, or privacy practices of external websites.
  • No Endorsement: The inclusion of an outbound link or feed on C-suite Asia does not imply an endorsement or recommendation of the views expressed within that external article.
